By purchasing this product, you are agreeing that this purchase, is an agreement and you have read & agree to the Terms of Use & Privacy Policy. This link is named “Affiliate Agreement”.

All recurring charges, one-time fees, monthly fees, yearly fees and additional fees are billed and payments are due starting from the date of purchase and/or on this agreement. I fully understand all charges for Virtual Vision’s Internet Solutions and agree to pay according to this agreement. All payments are made payable to Virtual Vision Computing, LLC.

I acknowledge the value and need for this internet solution. I have received my copies for this Agreement (this document). I understand that after three business days that 100% of the purchase price is non-refundable. The one-time charge for this solution is a fee that provides the customer a certain amount of hours by Virtual Vision employees and/or vendors to complete this project. These hours are a calculation of the one-time charge divided by one hundred. The project will not exceed this time calculation. The monthly charge is also a fee that provides the customer a certain amount of hours by Virtual Vision employees and/or vendors to account manage, complete all reporting, and to complete all changes and updates. These hours are a calculation of the monthly charge divided by one hundred. The monthly time allocated and accumulated will not exceed this time calculation. The All-in-one Website’s pictures, videos, content, and domain name are supplied by and owned by you the customer. Any pictures, videos, and content purchased by Virtual Vision are subject to be charged for and are owned by you the customer. Digital assets purchased are available upon request at the time of purchase. The All-in-one Website is a content managed website driven by core files which are owned and operated by Virtual Vision Computing LLC.

Virtual Vision Computing, LLC does not guarantee you (the customer) sales and will not be held liable for your internet online presence and your online activities resulting in or lack thereof sales, traffic, leads, prospects and customers from blogs, emails, social media and websites that are either hosted, designed, programmed, maintained or created by Virtual Vision Computing, LLC.

I will print this agreement, initial/sign where required, supply payment information, and provide this Agreement (this document) to Virtual Vision Computing, LLC or mail to Virtual Vision’s mailing address at 1013 N 3rd Ave, Wausau, WI 54401.
